Return and Refund Policy

⏳ Returns:
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Just make sure the item is unused, in its original condition, and sent back with care.

🚫 What’s not returnable:

• Digital downloads (once sent, they’re yours)
• Custom or personalized items
• Used or damaged items that weren’t damaged on arrival
   

📦 Wrong item? Damaged during shipping?
That’s on us. Send a photo + your order info to info@boldtype.shop within 3 days of receiving it and we’ll make it right — refund or replacement, your call.

💸 Refunds:
Once we get your return and it checks out, you’ll see your refund back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
