Where We Ship:
We currently ship within the U.S. and select international countries. If your location isn’t showing at checkout, shoot us a message at hello@boldtype.shop and we’ll see what we can do.
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (we’re not Amazon, but we move quick). This doesn’t include weekends, holidays, or shipping time.
Shipping Time:
Please note: delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Once it’s out of our hands, it’s in the hands of the carrier.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location.
International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties.

No shipping needed — you’ll get a download link straight to your inbox. Check your spam folder if it doesn’t show up right away.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders:
Once an item is marked as delivered, it’s officially out of our hands. If your order is damaged in transit or goes missing, email us at hello@boldtype.shop within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo (if applicable). We'll do our best to help you out.
Wrong Address?
